  1. I made your detergent recipe 3 months ago but I added orange essential oil. I have not tried it in my dishwasher but I tried it in my laundry. I normally use Calbens SeaFoam powdered laundry detergent. I tried your recipe washing my husbands work cloths. I added distilled white vinegar in the rinse and I was pleased by the results. I do not know why so many people who have homemade laundry soap recipes use borax as a main ingredient. Borax makes colors fade and the soap will not dissolve in cold water. I was wondering how much you use in your laundry? I use the scooper from my Calbens laundry detergent.

  2. It's not a detergent if it doesn't contain surfactants. You're washing your dishes with alkaline salty water.

  3. I am so excited to see that you use Young living for your detergents. I just recently found your channel,on YouTube and as a new chicken farmer...well backyard farm I am so thrilled to be able to get tip, help, and information. We currently have 35 hens and 12 chicks that I am excited for them to grow. We just got some cukoo marans, black ameraucana and olive eggers, along with 20 Turkey chicks to raise up for thanks giving. Thank you for all that you do.
